One console for whoever owns the programme. Add your team, set what each person gets, and watch the spend as it happens.

  • Your staff — add people by name and phone, suspend anyone who leaves, set an individual daily limit where someone needs a different one.
  • Your credit — the balance, plus every movement in and out with a running total, so a number can always be explained.
  • Where it went — daily spend, the split between meals, drinks and desserts, and which of your team are actually using it.
  • How long it lasts — the balance measured against your real spending rate, so a top-up is never a surprise.

Not every company wants to buy dessert. So you set a separate daily allowance for meals, drinks and desserts — and anything you set to zero simply never appears in your employees' app.

  • Your credit only moves when someone actually orders.
  • An order that would take you past your balance is refused, not quietly added to a bill.
